Elodie is a certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator and doula. Mother to 2 rambunctious boys and former behavioural biologist, she has always had an interest in birth, its politics and science. She has offered support to families in their childbearing years since 2009 and is proud to serve her community. Elodie believes in bringing positive and non-judgemental support and evidence-based information to all her clients.
She supports families of all sexual orientations, religions, cultural backgrounds.
As a long-time member of ICAN, the International Cesarean Awareness Work, she has a specific interest in supporting women birthing after cesareans, as well as supporting women who have had previous birth trauma.
She is trained in a diversity of techniques to provide physical and emotional support to women both birthing at home or in the hospital setting. She also offers full-spectrum doula services to women experiencing perinatal loss or preparing for an abortion.
